Missions at Blue Ridge in Jesus' Name

Remember to give a 'hand up' by sharing your unused  clothing to our Missions efforts as you clean out your closts in the coming weeks. 

Clothing, rainwear, shoes, socks and all items for men, women, and children are needed. Snack bags and hygine items are nice gifts!   We give to the Renascence House for men starting their lives over, to Friendship Missions for Men, Women, and Children, The Caring Center and food for the Elmore Food Pantry.

"Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me".

School supplies are always a great way to help our children. They earn credits for their efforts during VBS that they can exchange for school supplies or toys at our VBS Story during VBS Family Night.

Clean our you closets and bring your Fall and Winter things to share to church.  We look for Men, Women, and Children's items to give to our local charaties.

We give to the Elmore Pregnancy Center to help those who choose to keep their babies.

Friendship Mission began in 1996 as a church and men’s homeless shelter in Montgomery County, Alabama.  is comprised of two HUD-approved emergency shelters and a public soup kitchen. The Mission’s program works to help those in need build a personal plan to self-sufficiency and independent living.

The Elmore Food Pantry is always looking for food gifts to help provide food to the underserved in our community.

Renascence restores men recently released on parole by assisting them to successfully reintegrate into the community. Renascence is more than a halfway house—it's a fresh start, a new life.

The lack of a willing support network is the main obstacle to beginning a successful, productive transition back into society. Renascence exists to help provide a structure to meet that need by having Resident Members:

RECLAIM their lives by developing a strategy for their own success

REBUILD their lives with guidance and assistance from the staff

REINTEGRATE successfully into society as productive and responsible individuals
